Reporting a Problem

New in 1.14

The Report a problem button is new in MOD OS 1.14.

Found a bug, or something that does not behave as it should? The Report a problem button gathers the details a good report needs, for you to post on the MOD forum.

1. In the Web UI, click Report a problem in the bar at the bottom of the screen. (It is also in Settings.)
2. A window opens with a block of text. Write at the top what you did, what you expected and what happened.
3. Click Copy to clipboard.
4. Click Open the forum topic and paste the text as a reply.

Nothing is sent by itself: you choose what to post.

What the text includes

• The MOD OS release, the device and its controller firmware.
• How long the Dwarf has been running and how many audio dropouts (xruns) it counted.
• When you report from the main screen: the pedalboard you have loaded and its plugins.
• The browser you are using.

Your device serial number and the full logs are not included. If the MOD team needs them, they will ask in the topic.
